How to make holes in Tiles and Stones - drilling tile machine

Dear Tilers, I found this interesting informations about BIMBO - ELECTRIC,WATER-COOLED COREBIT DRILLS

Main proposal:Electric, water-cooled core bit drill designed for drilling ceramic and stone. Arbor capable of accommodating all FA series bits from 5 to 120 mm. Also capable of cutting holes in two or more overlaid tiles.

Utilization:After activating the safety switch on the machine’s power cable, start the motor with the button on the machine enclosure. Before drilling, open the tap on the water-feed container, which has to be positioned above the hole-cutter. Once water starts running down the inside of the tool (and not before), press the handles without using excessive force. To avoid notching the surface of the tile support table, use the stop rod.

Peculiarity:Made of aluminium and steel coated with special high-thickness paint to withstand the most severe working conditions, the machine can also be used on the respective support (art. 995), to facilitate repetitive or workshop tasks. Equipped with all the electrical safety devices envisaged in the most stringent work safety standards.

Advantage:Exceptionally easy to handle, due to its light weight and compact size; extremely versatile (can also be used on materials that have already been installed)and precise and incredibly simple to use.

How to cut mosaic - electric mosaic cutters

Dear Tilers, I found this interesting informations about mosaic cutters. How to cut in a best way mosaic.
Main proposal:This electic mosaic cutter is designed for cutting even small mosaic (1x1 cm), it also makes the perfect dry electric tile-saw for ceramic, marble and granite tiles.
Utilization:The mosaics are placed on the wooden work table and secured by the upper bar; sawing is very precise (it is necessary to proceed slowly). The dust generated by cutting is extracted through the tube under the work table, which can be connected to a suction unit.
Peculiarity:In this psecial mosaic cutter the support table in phenol-glued plywood to damp the vibrations generated by the disc; ground, chromed steel slide rail and oil-less bushings.
Advantage: This electric mosaic cutter cuts mosaics of the smallest dimensions thanks to the special clamp. The machine can cut any type of ceramic or porcelain tile, using the specific diamond blade.

Tile cutter Montolit - Small tile cutter but very professional!

Main proposal:This range of manual tile cutters enables you to cut tiles of different thickness (0-20mm) and at varying angles (0-60°) without any adjustment.
Utilization:Extremely simple to use: after incision by pushing, the lever automatically returns to the ideal position for subsequent splitting.
Peculiarity:Easy-to-replace, large-diameter, tungsten carbide wheel with special double grinding (an exclusive MONTOLIT feature) facilitates incision of the tile, regardless of its characteristics. The die-cast housing in special aluminium alloy features a protected compartment for storing a spare incision wheel complete with arbor, thus ensuring that the operator always has the wherewithal to handle any type of work, anywhere, without any problem.

The special impact-resistant, non-scratch material used on the contact points of the incision tool prevents indelible scratching or soiling of delicate and/or light-coloured tile surfaces, and a special counter-knife in hardened steel, with a high degree of hardness, ensures that the tile cutter remains robust and reliable, even when performing exceptionally heavy-duty tasks. The tile rests on a special sprung, galvanised sheet-steel structure with an outlet at the breaking point, to allow the exit of any debris. Special non-slip support feet give the tile cutters the necessary stability during cutting operations.
